Management Team

 

Annemieke Kievit, General Manager manages the Edelman Benelux team of over 70 professionals. Her experience (of over 16 years) spans the full public relations spectrum, from creative brand & consumer campaigns to corporate positioning, CSR and reputation and issue management. Annemieke is involved both strategically and creatively in many of Edelman’s major clients and programs. Recently developing national and international campaigns for companies such as Starbucks, LinkedIn, Sime Darby, Shell, Inbev and Canon. Annemieke's specialties are corporate communications, reputation management, crisis handling, media training, brand positioning and international campaign development.

 

Natascha Verdurmen, Deputy General Manager provides strategic senior counselling on corporate and brand positioning, global strategy and coordination, innovative public engagement campaigns and csr (PepsiCo, Shell Social Investment and Public Engagement, Unilever’s GOM and Dove). She is a specialist in crisis and issues management and provides media training to a variety of clients. In 2001 Natascha became part of the management team and during these years she headed the Technology team, the Health team, the Consumer team and currently the Corporate and Zeno team.

 

Nienke Beuwer, Executive Director specialises in developing strategic corporate PR programmes, reputation management, and the co-ordination of international PR networks. Nienke has worked with clients in industries such as financial services, logistics, technology, industrial manufacturing, food and science.  In addition she has experience in the fields of issues management and internal communications.

 

Marc Hinfelaar, Executive Director has held various public relations positions with the Dutch government and Solvay Pharma. In addition to his role at Edelman, Marc is inspirator of many creative and strategic consults. Marc also serves as Chairman to the Farma Marketing Group.

 

Wieteke Beerepoot, Director Corporate is specialised in corporate communications and is responsible for the Edelman Amsterdam Corporate team. She advises clients on their positioning,  crisis and issues management and she is responsible for developing and executing strategic communication programs. Moreover she trains clients in media management, crisis simulations and positioning.
