Nothing is as valuable to a company as trust. It takes time to build and retain trust. A company's reputation plays a role in numerous decisions. Investors, customers and employees are more discerning than ever. Moreover we are in a complex world in which stakeholders are able to influence on another. And social media added an important dimension regarding reach and speed. This makes the reputation of an organization fragile and from companies displaying openness, honesty and transparency is even more expected.

 

With an (inter)national team of 16 people the corporate team Edelman Amsterdam supports clients in protecting and enhancing corporate reputation. We analyze which aspects of a corporate reputation are strongly developed and which need attention. We map the relevant stakeholders and then develop strategic (inter)national communication programs to build a long term relationship with them. We roll out these programs through stakeholder events, (social) media approach, press trips, speaking opportunities and internal programs. As a hub agency for several clients we coordinate activities in Europe and / or EMEA.
