Learning and Development: Edelman University - offered in all offices - is our training and professional development program to enhance our employees' skills and help them build more meaningful careers. Each employee completes courses taught in-house, on-line through our Intranet, at local colleges or at conferences and outside seminars. Every summer, we also bring representatives from every office to Edelman Summer School, an intensive off-site training session.
