Trends in organizational (internal) communications and employee engagement

“Twenty-eleven.” It sounds like something right out of a sci-fi movie - futuristic – but it’s here now and we’re in the midst of it. It’s also a year in which we see several transformational shifts in how organizations communicate, engage, and interact with their employees for a more sustainable competitive advantage.
